This appeal is directed against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.11.2022, passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Araria cum Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Araria (SC/ST) P.S. Case No.58 of 2016, registered u/s 341, 323, 448, 354 (I), 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and 3(1)(r) of the SC/ST Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants
seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, appellants are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order,
preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law.
