petitioners has been rejected inasmuch as the case of the petitioners was disposed off in light of judgment dated 30.11.2017 passed in the case of one Prafful Kumar Mandal & others vs. The State of of Bihar & others and in the said case of Prafful Kumar Mandal and others, the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna by an order dated 03.08.2022 has held that age cannot be relaxed for making appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher.
In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid action of the respondent-State.
Liberty so sought is granted.
The contempt petition stands disposed off.
