2 29-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit for partition was filed by Respondent No.1/plaintiff in which petitioner is the one of the defendants.
Learned counsel submits that the suit was filed in the year 2009 and despite the lapse of about 12 years, the suit has not progressed substantially. Accordingly, he prays that the learned lower court be directed to dispose the suit as early as possible.
Regards being had to the submission and taking into consideration the fact that the suit is of the year 2009, the lower court is requested to take steps for disposal of the suit as early as possible without giving unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
The present application stands disposed of.
