Having perused the defect no.12 in the stamp report dated 25.9.2020 with respect to the maintainability of the instant appeal, learned counsel for the appellant prays for four weeks time to convert the instant first appeal into a miscellaneous appeal.
As prayed, four weeks time is granted to convert the instant appeal into a miscellaneous appeal, failing which this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
