3 06-09-2022 Petitioner is a Para Legal Volunteer (PLV) and has

approached this Court for payment of honorarium.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the application is required to be made only in prescribed performa for consideration and payment of admissible dues.

In view of the stand taken by respondents, petitioner’s counsel submits that he will be submitting the amounts claimed on its specified performa before the authorities.

There is no adjudication pending in the matter. Therefore, the writ application is disposed of.
