2 12-07-2022 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the learned Sub-Judge-I, Gopalganj to dispose off the Execution Case No. 272 of 2016.
Considering the short prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, the petitioner is granted liberty to file appropriate petition before the learned Sub-Judge-I, Gopalganj for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid Execution Case No. 272 of 2016.
It is needless to state that in case there is a stay of the original judgment/ decree by any higher court, the same shall be taken into consideration by the learned court below.
