The present writ petition has been filed

seeking the following relief:-

“1(A). To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs direction or direction, commanding upon the respondents to remove the encroachment made by respondent no. 8 to 14 from the public land in khesra no. 292 of khata no. 183, having an area 14 katha 16 dhur, recorded in khatiyan gairmajarua aam rasta situated in village Lohargama Anchal Madhuban, District East Champaran fully detail in para no. 4 of the writ petition within a period fixed by this Hon’ble Court.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Madhuban, DistrictEast Champaran at Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Madhuban, District-East Champaran at Motihari by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be
