The present writ petition has been filed

seeking the following relief:-

That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, commanding and directing the official respondents authorities to remove the encroachment made on northern and eastern Flankes roads purchased by committee member in ward no. 2 of the Chapra Municipal Corporation, Thana No. 287, Tauzi No. 3586 and 4533, Anchal Chapra Sadar, Holding No. 106, Circle No. 1, Present Hal No. 12, Sub-Registary Chapra Nature of land residential, boundary of Lan-North Road of Committee, South-Niz Man Mokir, Jujo Number, East-10’ Road purchashed by committee members, West-Ajit Narayan Singh, Hal Baidar not known.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Chief Executive Officer, Chapra Municipal Corporation, Chapra at Saran i.e. the Respondent No. 7 for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to
