Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this writ petition, the only prayer of the petitioner is that the cancellation of Jamabandi Case No. 01 of 2017-18 pending before the Collector, Siwan, may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest.
The Collector, Siwan, is directed to dispose of Cancellation of Jamabandi Case No. 01 of 2017-18 within a period of two months from today.

The petitioner shall appear before the Collector,
Siwan, on 08.07.2022 with a copy of this order and the Collector, Siwan, fix a date for hearing and thereafter decide the case in accordance with law after hearing the parties.
