2 12-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following relief :-
“(i) For issuance of appropriate direction/ directions to the concerned respondent’s authorities to restore the boat operation in favour of petitioner after setting aside the Memo no. 1329 dated 20.08.2018, issued by the Anchal Adhikari, Bidupur, DistrictVaishali, which was run by the petitioner.”
At the outset, the leaned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur for redressal of his aforesaid

grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.
