Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection
with Dehri (Town) PS case no. 214 of 2022 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 324, 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, after completion of one year of custody. Liberty so sought is granted.
The petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
