The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the pending application of the petitioner for grant of Arms license, which was filed on 24.09.2018.
The learned counsel for the respondent State submits that in case, the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms license is pending, the same shall be disposed off, expeditiously.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to District Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms license, if not
