filed an appeal before the appellate authority bearing Appeal No.01 of 2021, which is pending before the learned Court of Collector, Muzaffarpur.
The learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that if the appeal has not been disposed off till date, the same shall be disposed off within a time bound period.
Having regard to facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Collector, Muzaffarpur to dispose off the Appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Appeal No. 01 of 2021, within a period of 12 weeks from today, if not already disposed off.
It is needless to state that the issue pertaining to grant of compensation is left open.
The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
