In the light of the judgment of the Supreme

compassionate appointee of 2017, has made a

representation before respondent No. 5, but the same has yet not been adverted to and disposed off.

The petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent No. 5 to dispose off the representation dated 20^th January, 2020, preferred by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks by a reasoned order, which shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

For facilitating this, the petitioner is directed to place a copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation referred to above before the concerned respondent within a period of two weeks.
