to withdraw this application in order to challenge the order passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority before the State Appellate Authority.
Should such an appeal be filed within a period of 30 days, the same shall be taken up for consideration and an order shall be passed in accordance with law and the same shall be intimated to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction / observation, the application is permitted to be withdrawn.
