(i) For a direction to pay the employments/Salary of 9 months @ 11345 per month amounting Rs. 102105/- each with interest.
(ii) For the refund of security deposit amount of Rs. 25900/- deposited by there at the time of their joining at the engagement place which is returnable amount with interest.
(iii) For payment of difference of arrears of salary amounting Rs. 25611/- each with interest
(iv) For any relief entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.
which period the petitioner is claiming salary, merely asking for payment of nine months is not sufficient. He must disclose the relevant period and date. That apart, there is no representation before the competent authority in seeking salary. On these two counts, the present petition stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition after making necessary representation before the competent authority.
