After some arguments, Mr. Anirudh Kumar Sinha,

the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the order dated 31.12.2019 passed in Case No. 03 of 2018 by the learned District Appellate Authority, Nalanda before the State Appellate Authority.

Should such an appeal be filed, the same shall be heard by the State Appellate Authority and an order shall be passed in accordance with law.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
