The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P. S. Case No. 369 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 337, 379, 153A, 295A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out from the F.I.R. that an occurrence took place between the parties which was ignited by a dispute between children of the two neighbours. This dispute galvanized into a full-fledged clash where both the parties fought with each other and members of both the parties were injured. The injuries suffered by the victims of the subject F.I.R. have been reported to be simple in nature. A counter case also was filed from the side of the petitioners against the informant of the subject F.I.R.
Considering the afore-noted backgrounds and taking into account the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 369 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
Be it noted that necessary correction has been made in Para-3 of the bail application by way of supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners.
The application stands allowed.
