4 11-07-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.11.2018 passed by the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Saran Division, Chapra, under section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, however, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer to grant of liberty to the petitioner to assail the same by filing an appeal under section 47A(4) of the Indian Stamp Act before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the respondent State has got no objection.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed

of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 20.11.2018 by filing appropriate appeal and in case an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits by the appellate authority, without being impeded by the issue of limitation and disposed of expeditiously.
It is needless to state that in case an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till the appeal is finally disposed of.
