At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Madhepur regarding his aforesaid grievance.
Liberty so sought, is granted. It is expected that the Circle Officer, Madhepur shall take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of 08 weeks of filing of appropriate representation/ petition by the petitioner, after hearing the affected parties.
