Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that,

though, his grievances have been redressed but the private respondents are threatening him that they will register false case

under the provisions of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the petitioner. If any case is filed by the private respondents under the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the police will be obliged to investigate the matter and will not insist for arrest of the petitioner, until and unless the complicity of the petitioner is found in the case.

The petitioner is also given liberty to approach the local police for redressal of his grievances, if he is threatened with dispossession by anybody.

The private respondents may approach the authorities, in accordance with law for issuance of Parcha and if they are found to be eligible for Parcha, their cases may be considered by the district administration with regard to the other lands.

With the aforesaid observations and directions this case is disposed of.
