236, thana no. 115, tauzi no. 1737, situated at village Purandarpur, Anchal Goreakothi, P.S. Goreakothi, District-Siwan is a Gairmazarua Aam Land, which has been encroached by the private respondents no. 5 to 12.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Goreakothi, DistrictSiwan for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner files appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law & after hearing the affected parties, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
