The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Paharpur Block, District East Champaran, i.e. the respondent no. 3 to conclude the proceedings of the pending encroachment case no. 7 of 2017-18.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the Circle Officer, Paharpur Block, i.e. respondent no. 3, is directed to pass the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with the aforesaid encroachment case no. 7 of 2017-18, if not already passed in accordance with law and after hearing the
