The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the encroachment has already been removed from the public land in question, as has been stated in paragraph no. 6 of the counter affidavit, filed today by the State, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
It is needless to state that the District Magistrate, Nawada shall ensure that the encroachment in question does not re-surface.
