In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the concerned “LARRA” by 02.01.2023 and the matter shall be heard on its own merit after condoning the delay and shall be disposed of by the concerned “LARRA” within six months thereafter by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

Applicability of Right to Act, 2013 shall also be decided by the “LARRA” concerned.
