This writ petition, in so far as petitioners No 2 to 5 is concerned, has, thus, become infructuous.

In so far as petitioners No 1 and 6 are concerned, since the decision, as per petitioners’ counsel, has been taken in their favour, they would be at liberty to approach Respondent No 5 with the decision, and copy of this order for availing the financial benefits and Respondent No 5 will take a decision, and pay the due and admissible amount, if any, without any undue delay.
