Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma, learned counsel for the
petitioner submits that petitioner has concealed the fact from him regarding filing another anticipatory bail application earlier vide Cr. Misc. No. 19458 of 2019, which was dismissed on 24 / 07 / 2019 by this Court. Learned counsel submits that he was not properly instructed by his client and the mistake which has taken place is inadvertent. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
