The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20 / 01 / 2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38238 of 2021 wherein in place of “Muffasil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021” in the prayer portion of the bail petition inadvertently it has been typed as “Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021” which resulted in similar discrepancy in the operative portion of the bail order also. Similarly, alias name of the father of the petitioner no. 1 has been left out in the bail petition, which is “Rajandan Rai”

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed. The order dated 20 / 01 / 2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38238 of 2021 is modified to the extent that instead of “Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021” in the prayer portion of the bail application as well as in the operative portion of the bail order, it shall be read as “Muffasil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021” as well as alias name of the father of petitioner no. 1 be also incorporated as “Rajandan Rai”.
