The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05 – 01 – 2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35242 of 2021 with regard to petitioner’s address wherein instead of “resident of village - Badheya Tola, Audan Patti, P.S. - Mirganj, District - Gopalganj”, inadvertently, it has been typed as “resident of village – Madhomath, P.S. - Fulwariya, District- Gopalganj”.
The correct address of the petitioner is mentioned in paragraph no. 4 of this application.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed. The order dated 05 / 01 / 2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
