Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to
remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33898 of 2021(3) dt.30-03-2022 3/3
with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 166/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, and 504 of the Indian Penal code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Altogether seven persons have been injured in indiscriminate firing made by the accused persons for long standing dispute.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has tried to make out a case that some persons have been injured by hard blunt substance and some persons have been injured by firearm and therefore some accused persons deserve anticipatory bail.
In a case of indiscriminate firing witnesses are not supposed to see as to who has fired and who has assaulted with what weapon.
Considering the entire prosecution case and injury sustained by the injured and also considering the nature of dispute, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
