This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tariyani P.S. case no. 245 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 354, 379, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Due to land dispute the fight has taken place. The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit annexing the sale deed in the name of accused persons. Though the final injury report has not come from S.K.M.C.H, but from the injury report available in the case diary, it appears that the injuries are not serious.
Considering the aforesaid facts this application is
allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 245 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
