The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant had made a complaint against the petitioners before the police. Thereafter, the police came to

investigate the matter but these petitioners and others misbehaved with the police personnel. It is alleged that
these petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted the guest of the informant by axe, lathi, bricks, as a result of which, he sustained injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Prior to lodging of the present case, wife of petitioner No. 1 has lodged Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 48 of 2010 against the father and mother of the informant and since then the informant and the petitioners were on inimical term. It is the specific case of the informant that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 assaulted to the guest of the informant but there is no injury report on record to substantiate the version of the informant.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of

four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands)
each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st , Udakishunganj in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
