A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Neemchak
Bathani P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was thrice rejected by this Court vide orders dated 19.11.2019, 17.03.2021 and 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 51110 of 2019, 36511 of 2020 and 62666 of 2021 respectively. Further he submits that the fresh ground for bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 24.01.2019.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances

of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018.
