The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with A.B.P. No. 2194 of 2022 arising out of Doriganj P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020 registered under Sections 376, 511, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that although the case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code but the cognizance has been taken only under

Sections 323, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of
the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with A.B.P. No. 2194 of 2022 arising out of Doriganj P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
