2 09-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing.
In view of the statement made in Paragraph Nos. 5 and 6 of the present application, order dated 29.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38876 of 2020 is modified to the extent that in place of ‘Excise Complaint Case No. 161C2 of 2019’, the same now be read as ‘Excise Complaint Case No. 161C2 of 2020’.
The order is also modified to the extent that further two weeks’ time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below by way of last chance.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
