ORAL ORDER
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sindhwalia P.S. Case No. 144 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the statement of the prosecutrix, who stated about attempt to being rape by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is
rejected.
