Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks of starting of Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous application.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous
application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from

the date of this order and seek regular bail before the court below and on being so, the learned court below shall dispose of the application of the petitioner on the same day on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
