Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

APP for the State and perused the case diary.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 387, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of demand of ransom money and also threatening to kill the informant by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has no concern in this case and on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Asif Eqbal @ Painter @ Md. Kaif, the name of the petitioner came into light in this case and it is also submitted that the demand of ransom money was not executed by the petitioner. Petitioner has

However, learned APP opposed the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Sikrahana at Dhaka, District- East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 217 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
