After arguing vehemently for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application.
Permission is accorded with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge, which shall be considered by the learned trial Court in the event, if any discharge application is filed.
Accordingly, instant quashing application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
