Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks on resumption of physical mode.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.
The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered u/s 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the informant's daughter got married 15 years back and she gave birth to three children. She had been leading a happy family life in her matrimonial home. On 19.07.2021, she left her matrimonial home at 11 P.M.

without informing anyone. On 20.07.2021, the informant started searching her daughter. Later on, he got information that dead body of a female has been found. He has further stated that some unknown persons killed his daughter by strangulating her and threw her dead body.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner has sprung up during the course of investigation. The petitioner is accused in one more criminal case as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2022.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the material available on record shows that the petitioner was seen taking away the deceased on his tempo before her death and C.D.R. and tower location indicates that a conversation was held between the deceased and the petitioner on the date of occurrence.
Considering the aforesaid facts, circumstances of the case and the material available on record as well as the heinous nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge this petitioner above-named on bail.
