For the reasons stated in this application and in the interest of justice, this modification application is allowed and the period for surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.111 of 2020, subject to deposit of fine of Rs.2000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
