Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379, 384, 506, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of cruelty due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Benipatti in connection with C.R. No.150 of 2020 corresponding to T.R. No. 1512 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
