Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of inflicting injuries to the son of the informant by the accused persons including the petitioner due to which, he succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that eight accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant but only two visible injuries have been found on the person of the deceased. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner.

Moreover, co-accused Bhedha Ram @ Sudhir Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19464 of 2021.

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Aurangabad in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
