learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2, Pinki Kumari.
It has been brought notice to this Court that despite
the order dated 08.03.2022, whereby the parties were directed to appear before the District Mediation Centre, Nalanda for exploring the amicable solution of the dispute and despite the order that interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.01.2022 shall remain in force, the police arrested the petitioner.
Vide order dated 21.01.2022, there was direction of this Court not to take coercive step against the petitioner. The Superintendent of Police, Nalanda is directed to send a report as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18075 of 2021(4) dt.18-05-2022 2/2
to how the police arrested the petitioner violating the order of this Court. The report must be received in Court within a week from today.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that to enable him to file regular bail this petition should be treated as withdrawn.
Prayer is allowed.
