Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act as well as Section 414 of I.P.C.

60 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the motorcycle in question and no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
