A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 419 of 2021 lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C.
The prosecution case has been lodged against 3 unknown persons who alleged to snatch motorcycle and mobile of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has figured in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused namely Parvez Alam. He further submits that neither anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor T.I.P. has taken place in this case. He also submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and mentioned that

petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed in this case. He also submits that one of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26446 of 2022.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for
bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case and submissions made herein-above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 419 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, the bail application stands allowed.
