A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 136 of 2020 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of commission of firearm injury is against the named accused persons. No specific overtact is alleged against the petitioner. Whatever allegation alleged is said to be general and omnibus in nature. It has also been submitted that co-accused persons, namely, Bharat Rai, Bhikari Rai and Raghuvans were granted anticipatory bail from the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and Bisnu Shankar Kumar, Anil Ray, Shatrudhan Rai, Lal Manohar Rai and Srinath Rai were granted regular bail by

the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for
bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-6th or concern court Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 136 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
The petitioner is directed to appear on each and every date before the Trial Court, in case of non-appearance for two consecutive dates, shall resulted into cancellation of his bail bond. If he shall involve in such type of activities again, the prosecution shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
