Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
the learned APP for the State.
The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Motihari Mahila (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 493, 376, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
One Ramesh Kumar is said to have stalked and impregnated the prosecutrix and also caused abortion. In this act of Ramesh Kumar, his relatives including the

petitioners have provided tacit support.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted merely because they stand related to aforesaid Ramesh Kumar that they have also been chosen to be implicated in this case in order to put pressure on aforesaid Ramesh Kumar.
The investigation papers do not disclose anything more than the petitioners lending support to aforesaid Ramesh Kumar.
In view of the nature of accusation against the petitioners, the provisional bail granted to them vide order dated 03.01.2022 is confirmed.
The petitioners shall remain on the same bail
bonds.
The application stands allowed.
