The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 23 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act.
Lastly the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.06.2021.
Having considered the fact that no fresh ground has been assigned for reconsideration of prayer for bail, the application for bail is rejected.
