Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The present petition has been filed for quashing the complaint case bearing no. 1068 of 2017, resulting in lodging of Buxar PS case no. 216 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 467, 461, 471, 472, 147 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate petition for discharge of the petitioner before the learned court below at the opportune moment.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with the aforesaid liberty.
